The Courageous Kitchen, our kids cooking project, was featured this month by Travel & Leisure and Bangkok 101 magazine. We hope you’ll help us continue the momentum we’re building for the project by supporting us at the next installment of the monthly Spring Epicurean Market.

The event will take place on the morning of Sunday, May 31st from 8am-1pm at Spring and Summer Restaurant on Soi Promsri Rd. (between Sukhumvit 39 & 49).

You’ll have an opportunity to support the project with your purchases and meet some of the chefs volunteering their time with the In Search of Sanuk children.

Our table at the market is a collaboration with local restaurant Opposite Mess Hall will feature some of the following items:

Preserved artichokes 
Preserved olives
Local washed rind cheeses by heaven on cheese
Poached peaches
Frozen peach puree
Angus beef tomahawk steaks
Chinese buns with various fillings
